CUP’s prolife educational event was organized to raise funds for Voices for Life, a pro-life nonprofit that exists to fight abortion on the frontlines in Indiana.  Voices for Life courageously filed a lawsuit with the help of Thomas More Society,  suing the Indiana Department of Health for hiding abortion reports.  CUP was able to raise $1,650 for Voices for Life during the evening.  If you wish to donate, go to Voicesforlife.com

WRITING TO IMPRISONED PROLIFERS

Multiple prolifers have been arrested, sentenced and imprisoned for praying at abortion clinics.  The DOJ, the FBI and the states are using the FACE act to imprison prolifers for saving babies’ lives.

Between 1994 and 2024, there have been approximately 211 FACE act cases — 205 (97%) of those cases have been brought against prolife activists while only six have been brought against proabortion or anti-faith activists. CatholicVote has tracked 93 attacks on pregancy centers just since May 2022 (when the Supreme Court Dobbs case was leaked).

CUP, taking its lead from LifeSiteNews, launched a letter writing campaign to the imprisoned and sentenced prolifers.  We were able to write over 35 of these prolifers at our event that night:
